Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During drops and promos, it may take a little longer.
Shipping times
Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options (if available at checkout) arrive faster.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address changes
Need to update your address? Contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
Returns
Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? No stress. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags/packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

What items are eligible for return?
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect. If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.
When will I get my refund?
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
What if my package is lost or marked delivered?
Contact us and we’ll help investigate. For marked-delivered packages, we may ask you to check with neighbors/building staff and the carrier first.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes—if your preferred size is in stock. If it’s sold out, we can process a return instead.
